"CNY 2025 Annual Family Reunion Celebration"

All 30 of us at this annual CNY 2025 Family Gathering voted the not so interesting dish as the most tasty. It's not greasy and contents comprising small shrimps/prawns, vegetable strips, enoki mushroom etc makes the noodles very tasty & palatable. ... More Many of us had second helpings to it.

The most disappointing dish was the Fa Cai Yusheng with Smoked Salmon. for 30 headcounts, only one small plate was provided. At best, each took a morsal approx. 1-2 soupspoon "exi-exi". Recalled 3 plates of Fa Cai Yusheng with provided for 30 headcounts.

The most look forward dessert, Yam Paste with Gingko Nuts turned out to be disastrous. Expected to see Yam Paste as served in typical restaurants, the dessert turned out to be yam-coconut soup with a few tiny bits of yam cubes and gingko nuts. To top this dessert off, the yam-coconut soup was spoilt. Non of us dared to consume it for fear of food poisoning.

Whether I'll order from this caterer again - answer is quite likely as customer service is still prompt, friendly & good, as is for past years when buffet orders are placed with them.... except won't opt for this yam paste with gingko nuts dish, going forward.
