A Bad Experience

Most of the dishes tasted bad & I was quite embarassed was my guests were close relatives & all passed the same bad comment on the food quality.

1. SinChew Bee Hoon was rubbery.
2. Signature Curry Chicken tasted good but the gravy was watery & ... More dilute
3. BBQ Pork - the worst dish. Pork has a strong pork odour kind of tasted funny.
4. Orange colouring of Sweet & Sour Fish was too much & looks artificial. Didn’t taste good. Very starchy
5. Cereal Prawn was the only edible dish
6. Broccoli with mixed mushroom - could taste the rawness of broccoli as it was lightly cooked
7. Golden Sotong ballls - pretty hard & tastless
8. Mini Choco Eclairs - was the best dish. Just nice. Not too sweet.
9. FIC -Yakitori. The chicken was a bit hard.
Overall, this is one of the 2 very bad catering experience in the ladt decade.
The saving grace of this Caterer are:
- food portion is sizesble;
- food is hot &
- delivery was on time.
However, I’ll not want to order from this caterer again as my family & everyone of our relatives did not like the taste of the cooking.
