"Food not to our liking but customer service was excellent!"

Food was very average, very often seen items include fishball, hotdog, egg tofu and cabbage. brown rice was very hard on some days, suspect that they could have put in it the fridge for a few days consumption. blame it on myself for ordering both ... More lunch and dinner from same caterer hence the same ingredient which was served as lunch today can be seen in dinner tomorrow cooked in a different way.
although food was below average, the customer service was excellent, always immediate response via whatsapp and one of the lunch delivery was late and i was compensated with another day's lunch. foodline
