Overall portion of food was generous and arrive ahead of time with friendly delivery man.

Food arrived was hot, looks fresh and good presentation. Oriental fried rice was slightly salty and oily as well as vegetarian fried mee hoon. But ... More taste/fragrance wise these two main dishes are the best.

Prawn paste chicken lacks of prawn paste taste and texture wise was bit hard/dry. Deep fried dory fish cubes with lemon sauce is nice but towards the bottom the fish cubes taste bitter likely due to the lemon.

Would be more convenient, if caterer can provide some disposable tongs/serving spoons.
