"Food overall ok but delivery should be more on time."

Food overall is ok and guests like the curry chicken and pork bun .

However , will like to feedback on the delivery timing.

Our event is scheduled to be at 12pm , so they say will come 1 hour to set up , Collection will be 2pm as they ... More mentioned since event start 12pm and food cant last too long. We will have to sign the ideminity form if we want to collect later which i signed.

However i was shocked when they arrived at 9:30am and set up done by 10am .. Food is set up 2 hours before my event :( Called the in-charged but no one pick up and driver said nevermind they will come back later .. but doesn't make sense as they will just keep our food in the truck and sent elsewhere first which i think wil be worse ?

Probably is during CNY and delivery is back to back thus resulted in this.
