"Disappointed with the service"

I order 16 days Dinner Tingkat for 2 persons on 4th May 2018 for starts date on 7th May 2018. Due to the next day is a weekends, I take the initiative to call them to check. I was told that she will send me the invoice within 5 mins. I waited till ... More Sat and no response from them. I called again on Sat to check and make payment by the following day (Sunday).

On the first day the food came at 2.30pm and indicate to consume by 6.30pm. I called the caterer and ask if it is normal cause to my understanding from them is the food supposed to reach around 4pm. On the second day, it happens again. I called again on the second day, and they said they will check and get back to me on the following day. But on the third day, I have not receive any reply from them. Tried calling them but cannot get thru.

I'm disappointed with the service.
