Baked tomato rice was rather hard and bland. It was almost like plain rice.

Roasted garden veg - it turned out to be cooked in the wrong style? It come sauce and totally different from what we ordered the last round. It should be oven roasted ... More and not cooked in sauce. Most of the Broccoli were not fresh. The roasted garden veg came out so different this round and we are very disappointed. There’s no eggplant and zucchini at all this time.

Portion of the lychee and sea coconut was only sufficient for 40 pax despite the order was for 55 pax. It was obviously under catered. I literally counted the lychee and there were less than 50 lychees.

Our guest liked the Chicken Cacciatore (Italian Chicken Stew) and Lyonnaise Potatoes with Fresh Thyme.
