Considering vegetables are not an expensive ingredient and yet I noticed that sometimes some of the vegetable dishes provided had already begun to spoil, having turned yellowish in colour, indicating a lack of freshness.

I've attached photos for ... More reference. Hopefully, Hewtop will take steps to improve the quality and freshness of their ingredients.
