"Delivery timing need a lot of improvement!"

For this Tingkat service, the food is quiet salty compare to others. Especially during my 1st day the old cucumber soup, it suppose is soup and we thought it is a dishes due to too salty of the old cucumber and "gravy" (suppose to be ... More soup).

Although the plastic bag is pasted with a sticker - consume before 6:23pm. However we only receive the Tingkat in between 7pm - 7:20pm. On 12 May due to the food only reach my place at 7:15pm, the mixed season bean turn sour due to fried with tau kua; same for the fish slices, ended up my partner and I have to fried some egg to replaced the spoiled dishes. I did text the Tingkat provider - Madam Lee, to inform her on the late Tingkat delivery as well as the spoiled dishes, she said will help me check and get back to me, but no update after her last message on 13 May.
