Fu Kwee staff in-charge was on leave for 2 wks so am unable to discuss the menu. Unfortunately the very new staff was unable to help with the dishes. So took the generic signature dishes as trying for first time. Caterer didn't provide sambal at ... More delivery as arranged with new staff. Disappointed.

1. Yong Zhao fried rice was abit hard
2. Ha Cheong Kai oily not crispy
3. Fried oat prawns was good
4. Sweet sour fish was good
5. Curry chicken - didn't expect drumlets only. Meat was tough. Chicken pieces would be better. The gravy was nice.
6. Braised pork w/bao - bao and meat was hard.
7. Broccoli w/mushroom was good
8. Sweet Yam w/Ginkgo nuts - hardly any Ginkgo nuts and abit too sweet but got yam taste.
