Food quantity for dishes (eg fish, kueh) insufficient for 100+ pax compared with some other caterers. Vietnamese sugar cane prawn was not prawn but a very salty fishball. Setup looked bare. They only collected the setup at 7pm when the original ... More communicated time was 2.30-3pm, making our people wait.
