"Great service, value-for-money caterer"

Kudos to Liang Catering and the staff who set up the buffet for our 21st birthday party. The staff came early and was patient with us despite some miscommunication on our part, demonstrating excellent and positive service. Their promptness in ... More setting up/dismantling is also commendable, although the only thing lacking for setup was additional trash bags for the rubbish bin provided.

Food-wise, the teriyaki chicken and cauliflower dishes are worth recommending, but the cereal fish needs improvement; the pieces were lumped together in huge chucks and were not easily divisible into smaller pieces for guests. Punch was a tad too sweet. But overall, excellent value for money and good service!
