The food was delivered on time, which I appreciated, as punctuality is crucial for any catering service. However, the taste of the food could be improved. Some dishes felt a little bland, and certain flavors didn’t stand out as much as expected. ... More The Lotus Leaf Claypot Rice had a nice aroma but lacked depth in taste, while the Steamed Fish Fillet with Black Bean Sauce was slightly underwhelming. The Seafood Prawn Rolls and Fried Chicken Gyoza were decent, but the sweet sauce and ginger vinegar dip could have been more balanced.

On a positive note, the Nyonya Chap Chye was well-prepared, and the Chilled Grass Jelly with Honey Sea Coconut & Lemon was a refreshing end to the meal.

Overall, while the experience was smooth in terms of delivery and presentation, the flavors could be enhanced for a more satisfying meal. Would love to see improvements in seasoning and overall taste in the future.
