Foodline is very friendly and helpful over the phone. However, service stops after payment. Call centre from the HR of thecakeshop is not very friendly and keep saying they did not promise to deliver cake even after foodline called and confirm.with ... More them. I had to chase and repeat my situation every calls ive made. They also did not get back to me even though they said they will call back. However, they are able to deliver the cake within a short time frame on time eventually.
Cake is very fresh and soft , suitable for kids. Reasonable price as it include delivery.
Will order again in future
