"Looks good, taste food but many service lapse + worm in food"

Overall food looks great & taste pretty good, but service could have been better.

NO label cards for the food and we had to find paper to write as some guest do not take beef (Only after someone feedback to ask if it’s beef. We were apologetic ... More to them for accidentally eating it). No fire for Har Cheong Gai.

Most of my guest like the food. However, one of the guest (lil kid) found a WORM when she’s almost finished and was pretty traumatised :(

Service from foodline was full of miscommunications & Fu Kwee sounded rude before payment.

1. First was orders missed out a dish and I am unable to verify the dish as I can see invoice before payment.
2. Foodline staff called Fu Kwee for arrangements for 55pax for 2 mains (Rice & noodles) - email to me and confirmed possible to arrange. However after payment, Fu Kwee called and was adamant that it was impossible and threatened to cancel if we don’t change to 60pax.
3. We agreed since we ordered very closed to event date. Foodline sent invoice for 2nd payment. After event, they inform they miscalculated and ask for 3rd payment topup. I paid, and shared the mischaps but all is paid so no replies from foodline.
4. Event day, caterer did not appear as requested time. Requested Ready by 11.30 but driver arrived at 12 and after set up was about 12.20pm.
