"Normal food. meh"

The food tastes very normal, same as or worse than food court. They missed out one dish in the first delivery. I asked to investigate and they couldn't find out the reason after one day's investigation. The manager said it might be due to mistake by ... More operations. With the missing dish, we were hungry after eating the rest. We asked what they can do and they said nothing can be done as it already missed out.

We initially chose this company because we trusted the brand of Neo Garden. Now we are very disappointed about it and would not continue ordering from them. Their customer service promised to call me back but never called me back. This happened to me for three times.

I hope future readers can reconsider if you want to order from this caterer. They had a very poor management system which may result in missing dish. And their manager said mistakes sometime happen, which sound like "don't care" attitude.

Their manager said the senior manager will return my call after 30 minutes. I waited for an hour without a reply call. I called again to check. They said the senior manager was on a meeting and will call me after that. Later, a Senior Sales Manager David called me. I asked whether they can provide any goodwill voucher/discount/refund/compensation for the hunger we felt with one missing meal, he said he would only add one dish in the next meal and could not do anything for the hunger yesterday. I double confirmed with him and he said this is the company's stand on this.

Therefore, I hope everyone to be clear on this. This caterer has a poor operation management, which would result in missing dish. You would just suffer from hunger for the night with missing dish. At best, they can give you extra dishes to make up in future days. Just be prepared if you want to order from this caterer.

For me, I will NEVER buy from this caterer and would NOT recommend it to anyone else. The attitude of the caterer is so cold and firm about their own mistake.
