Worst service from a caterer ever. They messed up my order. And i have got nobody to turn to bcuz all the contact numbers given were uncontactable at all. No replies from them after numerous emails until I threatened to stop cheque payment only to ... More receive a call from the higher management to say that i have already signed for and accepted the order hence they will only accept my feedback without further actions. I got no choice but to accept the orders as my guests were arriving but this does not mean i accept the food. I have given them ample time to prepare. I confirmed my orders more than 2 weeks before my event date but they still messed it up. Bad customer service with zero service recovery. Worst caterer ever!
