Every item was well received and guests were surprised by the variety and spread, particularly the braised pork bun, sambal sotong, yam paste, smoked duck were wiped out quickly. Food portion was just nice for 30pax. Only thing is that food could be ... More hotter when served.

Thai pineapple fried rice - Great and not dry, tasty with small prawns and mixed veggie instead of the very bland version

Sambal fish - baked well and spicier than expected, very tasty

Chicken yakitori - a bit dry and salty for my liking

Sambal sotong - sotong was soft and well cooked and not rubbery! Sambal sauce was nice and different from sambal fish

Tempura prawn and salad prawn - deep fried items were non soggy and salad prawns were not overly drenched with mayo

Pork rib king - fried pork ribs in slightly sweet sauce, nice but can be abit dry

Braised pork bun - pork belly with preserved veg and soft fluffy half buns, very popular with guests

Mixed vegetables with mushrooms - Broccoli and cauliflower with mushrooms, good and not dry, wiped out quickly

Smoked duck with black pepper - Caterer gave slightly more than 30 pieces, succulent and savoury, wiped out quickly

Yam paste - Not too sweet, also popular with guests

Fruit punch - Nice and not diluted

Food was above expectations for the money spent, compared to bigger caterers which charged more for fewer items which were very bland and deep fried items were very dry.

Service was excellent - I received a call the next day and the officer even kindly reminded me that some items are only one piece per pax (chicken yakitori, tempura prawn, sushi platter, smoked duck, braised pork bun), and asked me if I wanted to change any item. Menu was very flexible and you can choose any 11+1 courses from the variety of pork, chicken, duck, seafood, prawns, fish, curry, desserts, etc.

Delivery was excellent as well, deliverymen came 30mins before actual time to set up and were efficient. He also kindly acceded to our request to come pick up later as our guests started eating late, very friendly and nice guy.

Would definitely recommend, many guests asked which company it is and said that it was one of the better catered food they had.
