Good Service but food-wise is not there, small portion size

Service was very good as they allowed to replace the packet drinks with a desert item, Green Bean and less sweet. Quite nice.
Someone came down and delivered all the items.

Curry chicken was too watery, very sweet and portion too little.
Prawn ... More Roll(No sweet sauce), Prawn, Fish and Mee suan were salty.
Mee Suan's portion was really a lot but cannot say the same for the other fried items, ecliars and curry chicken.

Chocolate Ecliars was insufficient for 16pax. We counted 12pcs only.

Overall, food taste was below average but customer service is very good.

Fried rice item was wrong and two dessert items were missing. Delivery personnel service was great, he rushed back to pick and delivered in under 40mins.

Food quantity was great, definitelyat least more than 15 pax portions.

Curry sauce was ... More thick, sweet and spicy. Lamp is ok for me but my mum find the meat tough.
Fried rice was very dry.
Seafood gantin cheesy cream sauce was very good and baked salmon portions were plenty.

Huge portions but CMI

Tried the reviews' popular items and big disappointment...
1) Pineapple rice is basically fried rice with pieces of canned pineapple and some small shrimps. It is not the Thai type.
2) Soon Kueh's skin very thick and fillings only tasted turnip ... More strips and pretty dry.
3) Ice jelly, big disappointment. Counted 8 longans swimming with some fruits cocktail mix. Luckily, i had cans of longans to DIY top-up. Ice jelly is not the dessert stalls type, tasted like konnyaku type.
4) Curry Chicken, was really looking forward to this but bland and gravy is way too watery.

Portions are plentiful but taste is just not there.

YZ Fried Rice/Shrimp was ok.
Otah tasted a lot better when warmed
Curry chicken gravy was on the diluted side but dun know if there is the ... More norm for this dish.
Unfortunately, the grassjelly and longan items were way too little, although there was two containers.

Food was not that great, but quantity was a lot. Catered for 50pax, about 45 came and we could still packed up close to 30 boxes of 15x15cm plastics boxes.

Very little salted fish bits in fried rice, mee goreng was ok.

Local Curry Chicken's ... More gravy is very nice, however if chicken could be more tender, that would be great.

Pulut Hitam was too watery but not that sweet, however, it did not come with coconut milk

I ordered Fired Carrot Cake but order was changed to swiss rolls and I was not informed. Feedback to caterer and a discount was given. Kudos for the great customer service!

Insufficient food, catered for 75pax however I had only 64 guests, food grossly insufficient.

No bowls for the dessert, insufficient plates and cups and forks and spoons, gave only 100pcs, caterer supplied within number of pax ordered. Only ... More supplied one "big" trash bag. I have to rush to buy!

No take-away boxes given although I informed caterer during confirmation phone-call and at actual event. Guess they "knew" no such need as INSUFFICIENT food!!!

Came nearly 2hrs late to collect food, luckily I was still at home, if not I do not know how they going to collect payment.

Some dishes changed but caterer did informed me during confirmation call
