Delivery was on the dot. Some of the dishes were cold but overall acceptable. Portion was just nice for 8~10 pax so we had minimal food wastage.

The Grilled Oriental Emperor Chicken and Garlic Chicken in Selected Spices were both very ... More delicious.
The noodles was well-liked by all guests.
Fried rice was a bit bland but good to go with the dishes.
Prawn, Fish and Broccoli were good but were slightly cold.
Gyoza is cold so the skin was hard than crispy.
Longan dessert was slightly too sweet.
The water chestnut pudding is nice but seemed to have 2 layer, top layer is just nice texture, while the bottom one is slightly harder to bite.

Delivery came an hour earlier than expected. Delivery guy was friendly. Most of the dishes were warm, better than expected. Taste were overall good but some feedbacks on:
1. Cereal Prawn (香酥麦片虾) skin stuck to the shell and texture wasn't ... More right. Close to 80% of the prawn was left untouched
2. Thai Style Fish (泰式鱼片) as flour was too thick and sauce was quite little. Would prefer if can have more sauce, or maybe can consider to give a separate packed sauce so when about to eat then we pour it over the fish.
3. Broccoli w/Sliced Abalone (兰花鲍鱼片), the broccoli was good. But the mushroom was overpowered by the sauce which was mild sweet

Service: Customer service is excellent. Delivery was on time.

Food overall comment: Food was still warm when arrive and doesn't need to reheat. Look very presentable and portion decent. We have 9 people so there were still a lot left at the ... More end.

Individual Dish Review:
1. Steamed Glutinous Rice wrapped in Lotus Leaf with Chicken Filling
-> Taste and texture is just nice for all, but portion is quite a lot. The fragrance of the leaf enhanced the overall taste of the rice.

2. Homemade Honey Chicken Char Siew cooked with Fried Hong Kong Noodle
-> Well-liked by everyone. Not too bland or oily. Texture and taste is good.

3. Traditional Cold Dish Platter (Prawn Cracker, Gui Xia Gao, Crispy Fragrant Baby Squid)
-> Prawn Cracker remained crispy even when cold but had to dip a lot of sauce to enjoy it.
-> Gui Xia Gao was really not towards our liking
-> Crispy Fragrant Baby Squid, generally good for snacking

4. Deep Fried Fish Fillet with Special Hong Kong Sauce topped with Spring Onion
-> Fish is the usual fish fillet. Sauce was slightly salty but still acceptable taste.

5. Fortune 8 Treasures Golden Chicken
-> The herbs sauce is very welcome by all but the sauce seemed too little and the chicken meat felt a bit dry.

6. Seyu Traditional Charcoal Roasted Duck
-> This dish had the most "like" from everyone. Texture = Good, not rubber. Taste = *thumbsup*

7. Thai Style Vermicelli Braised Prawn
-> A bit spicy on the first bite, but after that was great. Prawn size is bigger than expected and tasted good.

8. Auspicious Golden Jade Mix Vegetables
-> This dish is quite a clueless dish for us. But the yam within was well-liked by my father in law.

9. Crystal Jade Sea Treasure
-> One of the first dish to be finished. Broccoli!! What could go wrong with this? Nothing

10. 5 Flavours Sweet Soup
-> Looked ordinary but tasted great. First time having this and really like it a lot.

11. Festive Signature Nonya Kueh
-> The tapioca kueh was just nice while rainbow kueh was a bit towards the sweet side
