The food and service were great! However, there were 2 potato dishes - it might be better to replace one of them with a different option for more variety.

Guests feedback that the food was cold even though the food was served right after the caterer set it up.

Taste wise acceptable and most of food was emptied towards the end of the event except fried rice, raisin prawn, lemon fish and Caesar ... More salad.

One of the food steamer tray leaked and it wet the table. In future, hope the caterer will check their equipment before used.

Food was cold when i reached home after work at around 6.40pm and it was indicated that the food best to be consumed by 6.30pm. It would be good if they can deliver the food not too early. We felt thirsty after consuming the food on the second day ... More and caterer replied that they use chicken stock to cook soup. Not sure if this applicable to all tingkat caterer, I will try out other caterer for comparison.

Most of my guests feedback that overall the food were not nice and advise me not to order from this caterer again.

Quite disappointed with the food. The Thai Pineapple Fried Rice was tasteless and the rice were not fresh, can smell the unfresh rice smell, I hope it won't cause food poisoning to my guest who took it. At the end of the event, there was 95% of the ... More fried rice left over. Vegetable Curry Samosa wasn't nice and the skin was soft. I have requested the caterer to ensure the food is fresh when I place order but still end up with unfresh food.

The fried Bee Hoon, curry chicken and breaded fish fillet were better. The rest was ok except pineapple fried rice and curry samosa.

We booked the function room till 5pm, thus have informed the caterer to collect at 4.30pm but the service crew only arrived to collect after 5pm.

Thought Makan Mate received good feedback from others thus want to give them a try but overall experience with Makan Mate is bad.

Overall the food is good except the prawn in chili crab sauce. (Too spicy although have requested the caterer to make it less spicy). Some guest feedback that the tau suan is too watery.

I ordered satay, caterer called me at about 2hours before event time to inform me that satay supplier not opened on Sunday and they were not aware of it beforehand =.=
The driver was late, the food supposed to be ready to serve at 12pm but caterer ... More only arrive at 12.15pm. My guests were late too so I'm not that particular about it but I think caterer need to improve on the punctuality.

Sambal fish-fish slices very thin and no sambal taste. Guest feedback fish not fresh.
Hainanese mixed vege-leftover a lot. Taste ok.
Mixed beancurd-ok
Salad prawn-looks good but taste so so. Feedback from guest: Tempura flour is more than the prawn.
Bo bo cha cha- ok
Sour plum sauce pork- good
Cordial orange- ok.
I think caterer used a lot of MSG for cooking as all guests complain thirsty after eating.
