Cakes were nice but service was truely lacking.

Reviewed on 5th Feb 2026 Verified Purchase

Received the cakes in good condition. I had emailed and sent Whatsapp messages to Butter Studio to include a name and candles for the cake. I only received a Whatsapp reply after a another reminder on my message. They acknowledged my message and ... More shared that they would update my request in the system.

The cakes were delivered without any name and we were given insufficient candles for the birthday celebration. It was definitely a very disappointing experience. As expected, Butter Studio did not reply to my feedback via Whatsapp.

Dear Charlene,

We're sincerely sorry that we let you down for such a special occasion. While we're glad the cupcakes arrived safely, that clearly doesn't make up for the fact that we missed your request for the name and candles—especially after ... More we confirmed it in our messages.

We pride ourselves on our attention to detail, and in this instance, we failed you. We also apologize for our delayed response time.

We truly value your support and hope to earn back your trust.

Warmest regards,
Team Butter Studio

Yummy and beautiful cakes.

Reviewed on 9th Feb 2025 Verified Purchase

Ordered two cakes for a party and it was delivered on time and in excellent condition.

The cakes came with paper plates and knife.

The unicorn cake came with cute unicorn macarons, we added our own topper to customise the cake.
