Pick up was easy and fuss free. There was a WA msg sent to me 30 mins before the scheduled pickup time. I gave them a call to say I was on the way. Both the persons who called me to confirm on the order and delivered the food are friendly.
Food pricing is decent and delivered on time despite the festive season.
Taste of food is good too, especially the fried rice and chocolate eclair.

Food looked and tasted good except that it was cold and required some heatup when guests arrived. The braised pork was well seasoned but the buns required re-steaming. I like the fried bee hoon the most as it was deliciously fried and more than ... More enough for 8 pax. All the necessary cutlery was provided, including a ladle for each dish.

I have tried the golden pillow many times but this is my first time trying the one with abalone.
Price is more than doubled the normal chicken/fish golden pillow but it comes with 4 abalones in it.
It will be good if there is more curry as there ... More were bread left without having enough curry for dipping.
The pricing "for Prawn & Chicken Roll" on Foodline's website differs from Golden Pillow by $1 and I only got to know upon confirmation. It will be great if the pricing from both parties can be synchronized.
