Tasty food.
Steamed whole grain rice with braised peanuts not so popular
But portions for 120 pax not as much as by other caterers

All the dishes tasted delicious and I , particularly, like the butterfly shrimp.
The food trays did not come with cover, but only cellophane wrap, which makes it difficult to cover once peeled.

Quantity of shrimp sausage roll was miserable.
No serving ladle with the sea coconut.
Quality of food quite good.

Compared to previous catered meals, the portions this time were smaller, especially the carbo (seafood pineapple rice) which doesn't look like 100 pax portion.
There were several finger food items, fewer main courses.

The dishes were generally tasty, though dry mee siam was rather sweet. The Thai style mixed veggie was clearly the winner!
