The portion of the food is for 3 pax not for 5 pax. Thus, it is not value for the food whereas other cartering can provide more options and variable with the same price.
Customers service is via whatapps which happen around at night 10p.m. There is ... More minimum response time from the customers views. The photo indicated for the preview is very misleading. Do not trust it.

During peak seasons, the quality of the mass production is worse than non-peak season. It is unsuitable for mass production especially like christmas,new year,etc..

Seaweed roll is overcooked and the yam paste is not delicious as the previous one due to the coconut is reheat again.

Food is nice and delicious. The problem is the confirmation email is not sent as early as possible.maybe it is due to the high peak season.

Fried rice can be improved more. Vegetation Bento is about 2/5 of the food quality. If it can be self collected, it will be better.

Delivery in time but the food need to finish in 1.5 hour time. Delivery:5pm.
