Service was good coz I had to increase my number of pax to 3 and it was done instantly. The food came at 6.50pm on day 1 and I called to ask them to come by 6pm as I had kids to feed and they agreed and manage to fit my delivery within 6-6.15pm. ... More

However, besides the service, I really didnt like the food and neither did my kids. I had to end up cooking another dish for the kids as they would not eat the tingkat food. I, myself didnt like how the dishes were done and we usually ended up wasting the food. It was dissapointing as I had based my order on past reviews and they were all raving about how good the food was. Kinda makes me wonder if they put in the reviews themselves. :(

I have taken action to caution the kitchen team on the importance of ensuring high standards in the tastiness of the food served in the tingkat. Following your feedback, we will be publishing a schedule of food which will be served on a daily basis so that customers will see what they are getting and a good variety. With regard to the taste of the food, the chefs will ensure that the food they send out are tasty. We can never be perfect, but we will continuously improve ourselves.
