Yang Chow Fried Rice 杨洲炒饭 - Nice and not oily. Can even see the the eggs.
Signature Curry Chicken 咖喱鸡 - Very very fresh, highly recommended. Best curry I have eaten over the years of catering.
Wheat Prawn 麦片虾 - Seem like no ... More wheat at all and fried only. The portion was way too less for 22 pax. each can take only 1.5 prawn.
Sweet & Sour Fish 酸甜魚片 - like the rest of the caterers.
Fried Handmade Prawn Roll 福建虾枣 - Not nice and can't really taste the prawn. More like flour roll.
Broccoli w Assorted Mushroom 三菇西兰花 - Extremely fresh and generous. Guest love it.
Iced jelly w Cocktail 愛玉冰 - Super sweet and way too much for 22 pax.
Mini Chocolate Éclair 迷你巧克力卜 - normal
Assorted Packet Drinks 什锦包装水 - was given lychee and no one took any....

The portion is way too less for 22 pax. 5 of our guest cannot make it and only 15 pax left. The portion just nice. Either the food is nice or all guest too hungry. Overall, I would recommend this caterer but do cater more pax. Seriously the portion doesn't match the no of pax. All guests like the food.

The food was rather salty to us. The curry chicken is the worst cos a bit sour taste with thick layer of oil. The chicken meat is black color also. End up no one wanted to eat it. Luo Han Chye look very different from what is expected actually. More ... More like cabbage dish only. Honeydew Sago cannot find any sago... The other orders are so so. Quite disappointed with the order actually.

I was quite disappointed with this order as received quite a few negative feedbacks. Oriental Fried Rice – dry and hard. Mushroom Broccoli - tasteless and big cutting, Curry Chicken – my mum say it was overnight curry and salty, chicken meat ... More was near black color, Honeydew Sago - sago and melon was so less, like drinking milk only. Fried stuffs were soggy. Mini Fruit Tart – very nice and fresh.

Don’t think I will order again.

The food is a bit on the salty side as the guest feel very thirsty after eating it. The curry chicken is a very huge piece and in potatoes slice instead. Not nice. Can't find much potatoes to be frank. For Broccoli and Cauliflower that we ordered, ... More 95% are cauliflower which quite disappointed. Cereal prawn only around 20 pcs which is quite pathetic. No one dare to touch Beancurd roll in chilli crab sauce... Doesn't taste like chilli crab sauce ... funny taste actually. Overall, ok for that price but could be better.

Food was very good and portion was great. Everyone like the sautee prawn. Extremely fresh. However, the curry chicken was a disappointment cos not much curry chicken meat and potatoes. The chocolate eclair only a bit, 1.5 piece per person????? ... More Hai.....

Overall very good esp the curry chicken. However, the fried rice seem a bit less as it is not enough for 20 person. The other food is still OK but with no buffer. All food are taken up and no left over.
