The durian Swiss roll is delicious. We enjoyed our dessert very much. However the fresh cream coating melts pretty fast although the cake is kept in the fridge.

Overall the spread was above average, we liked the Christmas Theme and is a refreshing buffet spread over the usual local delights. The presentation (decor and setup) was great, kudos to the people for their work! The coordination from Foodline & ... More Delizio Catering were prompt and efficient, too! Our guests gave a thumbs up for the food! However, there were a couple of comments on the beef cheeks and the poulet were a tad to tough for chewing, especially for the seniors (above 70yo). The poulet dish was chicken chunks, it did not presented as roasted poulet with chestnut pudding stuffing visually to the guests. We think a Turkey dish would suit better.

Overall the food tasted pretty good for its price, quantity and quality. Except that the yam paste was too liquefied and sweet. The best dish is the Premium Treasure Pot and next is the Crispy Chicken, although it was not as crispy upon arrival but ... More the chicken is well seasoned. We will order again for the next family gathering. Xin Yi Pin catering's customer service personnel Ms Jacqueline was very friendly and helpful, during the order confirmation. Only one small issue, we received Styrofoam bowls in the order (other disposables are plastic); we discourage using Styrofoam as we have a cancer patient in the family. We hope the caterer can consider to discontinue using Styrofoam disposables.
