Order their buffet for a kids birthday party. If not for their mini burger I will not order from them. The sales staff is not friendly and helpful, not even willing to let me change the food item when I just need to change the Pineapple fried rice ... More to the normal one. Never mind, then I change the timing from 5.30pm setup to 4.30pm but it came at 5.45pm!! They are uncontactable during weekends, no backup staff to reach out and I don't have their driver contact too. I was panicking what time my food will be ready because my guests start coming in already. Don't order their fried food, it was cold, soggy and hard as it was not on the food warmer. Broccoli and Oriental Fried rice was bland, rice was abit hard too. Only the mini burger was wiped out fast, there is alot of leftover because it was not that tasty. Very very very disappointed and I will not recommend to my relatives and friends and I will not order from them again!

The week 7th Dec was very attractive so I decided to order again. I was looking forward to the braised duck but it was changed to chicken and the tempura my kids looking forward changed to stirred fried prawn and the prawn was not fresh! Kinda ... More disappointed with the prawn and the fried fish which was too salty but the other dish was not too bad, I will look at their menu and order again.

Based on the good review I decided to try out their tingkat. Thankfully it was a 5 days trial and I will never order from them again and will not recommend to my friends or family!

Food came at 3pm-3.30pm daily and it was very oily! I upgrade my ... More tingkat to Asian Delight but it was disappointed! The Asian rice with ham was soggy rice fried with oil! The vegetable was very oily too and when I emailed them and feedback they never replied! The apple snow pear soup was way too sweet and I wasn't looking forward to our next meal. Even their white rice is also coated with oil which I don't understand why they need to use so much oil? Not suitable for kids, my 6 years old did not enjoy at all.

First day my food came at 530pm subsequently 6 to 6.45pm. I didn't take all the pictures of the tingkat but the dishes are not bad. Portion is generous for 4 adults and one child. Even my hub eats more but we will still have leftovers.

The greens ... More are not very fresh and most of their stir fried meat are tough. Taste is there but a pity is was pretty tough. We all love the bkt soup, it was herbal type but instead of pork ribs we got drumlets instead, kinda weird. Will definitely order from them again. And kudos to their customer service for giving us the earliest slot, thank you.

Tried out their dinner meal for 5 days, first few days the dinner came around 6-7pm and the last 2 days dinner came at 5.30pm. The label stated food was packed at 3pm and have to consume by 7pm? How do I finish consuming your food when it is late? ... More
Anyway, the portion for 3 is good enough to feed 3+1 child. Soup is quite a lot too and no heavy msg taste. Menu is true to what it was stated on the website. Food has turned cold when it arrived, I don't have microwave oven so have to heat everything up using a pot. We like the braised lion head, curry pork, herbal chicken and breaded fish.
Please try to avoid fried food as they already turned soggy and is not tasty even you try to heat up. I had to pan fried the breaded fish again so it will taste crispy.
