The Ayam Merah Indonesian Chicken in Red Spicy Sauce and Baked/Steamed Fish in Basil Sauce are the highlights of the buffet. The Ayam Merah is not overly spicy and all our guests enjoyed it. We also liked the cereal prawn and cuttle fish ball. The ... More setting up of the tables looks good, but there was no ladle for the dessert. The frutti-veg fried rice was average; be aware that cucumbers are one of the ingredients and will turn sour after a while. Another thing to note is that portions are mostly just nice, except for rice and veg which are plenty. Overall, the service was excellent, they came almost 30 mins earlier and were very helpful and fast when answering my queries.

Thank you for the great compliments. I apologise about the ladle because after we left your house, we realised that we forgot to provide the ladle meant for the Honey Dew Sago Dessert. Apologies for the inconvenience caused.

As for the Frutti Veg Fried Rice, we will work on the taste further to further improve its ratings. Last but not least, happy House Warming and Merry Xmas:)
