I really appreciate their customer service and their patience and helpfulness when we requested to postpone because some guests got COVID.
We opted to pick up and it was so quick and convenient.
Food was much better than I expected. It all ... More arrived beautifully wrapped in Christmas paper and ribbons and piping hot. So much better than buying cold stuff that you have to reheat and queue in supermarkets but at the same price.
It was a complete meal with lots of extras not mentioned in their description like sliced ham, corn, potatoes, broccoli, tomatoes.
I had not realised that and had home and roasted my own veggies already.
There was enough food for 8 even though it’s started 6!

Delivered way to early and never advised the helpers that cakes should be refrigerated. By the time I arrived ( before the stated food ready time) all the cakes were soggy and melted and stuck to the cling film that covered the trays - quite ... More embarasing.
Chicken pie also soggy crust due to condensation.

Caterer with the widest range of cheap bento menus. Good service even though we only had small order of 21 bentos, they called me up with suggestions about better dishes. The $5 portion was generous and filling. Really value for money. Feedback from ... More participants was that it was delicious and committee has decided to order again for next week. We have recommended to other committees in our church as well.
Only negative was that delivery was 1 hour early ( came at 11 instead of 12) so the food was a cold by the time we ate it at 1230. but otherwise - well done Sunrise!
