Have been ordering many times, so far so good foodline except that I started to receive spicy food this time round. My order is not to have spicy food.

Food is nice and delivery prompt. Portion of food is quite generous for 1 pax, for example i get a box of sliced pork, 3 drumlets, 3 fried dumplings n a box of pumpkin the other day.

Food good as usual, but unfortunately this time, there was heavy rain and uncle was in a hurry and hung the food at the wrong unit.
Called customer service and the lady was very prompt and apologetic.
Overall still a good experience as always, and ... More will order from them again if i need tingkat.

Food is within expectations, not too salty.
Delivery is on time, no day to day variation on timing which is good.

1) Delivery always very late almost 2pm in recent 1 to 2 months
2) Requested no Chilli but came with chili at least once to twice a week. When feedback to customer service, told will provide an extra the next day which didnt come. reminded one more ... More time and same standard answer that will provide and didnt come
3) about twice a week, one of the dishes will be a carbo such as fried rice or noodles. i do not consider this as a dish. i will cook my own rice and when the carbo comes i have problem with extra carbo. i cannot wait till the food comes then decide whether to cook the rice coz food comes only almost 2!
4) last day of delivery after i decided to stop with all the bad experience, the delivery didnt even come. delivery man insisted he already delivered and customer service said maybe went to wrong place. ridiculous! same man send every day and will press doorbell, also can send to wrong place!?
Have switched to another caterer ever since and much happier now with bigger portion and consistent service and delivery timing

Have ordered many times, always my go to for dinner tingkat when the need arises. food is nice with big portion, customer service is responsive. only problem is that the food came at 2 plus for dinner which is too early.

Nice food, big portion, value for money
have been ordering whenever i am unable to cook during the week
if only they deliver for lunch as well

Getting from bad to worse
1) delivery came after 1pm. was 10 to 11 in the past
2) frequent closures with 1 day notice
