"Will never order from them again"

1) Delivery always very late almost 2pm in recent 1 to 2 months
2) Requested no Chilli but came with chili at least once to twice a week. When feedback to customer service, told will provide an extra the next day which didnt come. reminded one more ... More time and same standard answer that will provide and didnt come
3) about twice a week, one of the dishes will be a carbo such as fried rice or noodles. i do not consider this as a dish. i will cook my own rice and when the carbo comes i have problem with extra carbo. i cannot wait till the food comes then decide whether to cook the rice coz food comes only almost 2!
4) last day of delivery after i decided to stop with all the bad experience, the delivery didnt even come. delivery man insisted he already delivered and customer service said maybe went to wrong place. ridiculous! same man send every day and will press doorbell, also can send to wrong place!?
Have switched to another caterer ever since and much happier now with bigger portion and consistent service and delivery timing
