The setting is simple & elegant, the utensils provided are made of paper & very environmental friendly. The caterer is also very thoughtful & ... More provided us with the plastic sheet, disposable chopsticks & instruction for the Yu Sheng-Lo Hei. So that we can mess up the whole table during Lo Hei without worry about cleaning up. The caterer also provided us with Washi-Traditional Japanese paper. My guests are very happy & enjoying learning the Origami- The Japanese Art of Paper Folding.
