I ordered the tingkat lunch service which stated delivery between 9am to 1:30pm. However, the food consistently arrived as early as 8am—or sometimes even earlier. Despite raising this issue with the caterer, I received no response. When I followed ... More up with a phone call, I was rudely told to “just keep the food in the fridge and heat it up during lunch time,” which was disappointing and unprofessional.

While the food portions were decent, the texture was quite tough, and the soup had an odd taste. Overall, I was not satisfied with the service or the quality of the food, and I would not recommend this tingkat provider.
