Food so so , fried rice finished as it doesn't looks enough for 50 pax. (Cater for 50 pax,). Food come with insufficient cover. Need to get my girl to buy alumium foil and clink wrap to cover the food. Delivery guy is friendly but food not so ... More fanstanic. Curry chicken is nice but too salty. Food supposed to come at 11.30am but only arrive around 12.35pm. All warehouse staffs came to main office to wait for food and need to rush back to work at 1.30pm. Driver was stuck at Jurong Island, so my food arrive already cold. by the time ... More set-up, my guys start eating as rushing back to work. call Ecreative so many times, then someone say the lady I spoke to earlier when for lunch ( no responsibility), haven't settle my case when for lunch. another lady answer phone. before the food came I chase a few times. Pineapple rice not so cooked. But I cant deny that the Luo Han Chye and Crystal Dumpling and Honey Prawns are really Nice ! Yummy. I cant blame driver for being stuck at Jurong Island. the caterer should get two different van to send the food. and last thing, the water was dirty, they claimed that that took the wrong dispenser( it was meant for coffee actually). but no one dare to drink. (a lot of black dots in the water), see pic ... although they compenstate here and there but I was under pressure with 30 pax ! I have to go round to apologise to all the staffs... very bad experience.. first they deduct $60 ( which I return $2 back to each staff). then about the drink they will compensate 2 logcakes and $30 return. supposed to collect trays back at 2.30pm but end up came after my office hour. Infact before this , I did also the staff if they have CYN menu, I might want to order ... but now I a bit worry because CYN is big event for my family ...if they late... I have to face more than 50 pax..

The food arrive on time ! Both staff was helpful and friendly !

Food arrived on time. Fresh and Value for money... All dishes are Delicious !!! Like Like Like... My first time order through Foodline - no disappointment at all...My colleagues all like the food ( for 7th month Ghost Festival Celebration )
