Fuss free. Efficient service, almost immediate. Great user interface, making it easy to use and key in our guests' details.

Had called to change my black pepper sliced fish to smoked duck, which was approved immediately. Thank you caterer!
My guests loved the smoked duck as it was something new at a catering buffet.
Catering arrived at 5.45pm, and they came over to ... More collect at 9.15pm.
My guests also loved the yam paste as it was not too sweet, but just nice.
Caterer's service could have been better though. It was confirmed at first 7pm, then he called to tell me he couldn't deliver at 7pm, earliest he could was 5pm. That was a big difference, so why did he even confirm it? After much discussion, he told me he could deliver at 6pm because he had a backed-out customer.
But the food were good, so it kind of makes up for the service, as it's quite affordable compared to other caterers.
Value-for-money definitely.
Ordered 45 pax for actual 54-56pax.
most of the food was finished, but had prawns with cereals left over.
