Great and prompt customer service.
Meats are ok. Vegetables at time over/under cooked. Rice also sometimes hard.

Food is repeated lately and vegetables tend to be overcooked.

However, there was 1 day of late delivery at 7pm which we were not notified. Customer Service picked up my message the next day and provided alternate ... More number to contact after 6pm. That was good service recovery.

Portion just enough for 10pax. Food was not salty nor oily so it was easy on everyone's palate. Value for money. Will consider ordering again for other events.
