The service was pretty good as the person who fixed up the place was very responsive, attentive and pretty accomodating (even if he did not seem to speak English well).

The food was average.
The Teriyaki Chicken dish was the most delicious.
The ... More Broccoli Mushroom with Oyster Sauce dish was fine but the broccoli and cauliflower were a bit hard. (Not very good for old people).
The Healthy Fish Fillet with Spring Onion & Ginger dish is actually pretty good. It's just that the taste of the fish obviously reveals that it's frozen (so don't choose this if you dislike the taste of frozen fish and prefer fresh).
The Lontong Vegetable Tuakuah (Sayur Lodeh) dish was pretty good too. Probably my second favourite.
Fried Bee Hoon and Chocolate Éclair were pretty good.
The Crystal Pau filling is good and the skin is soft (when hot) but too thick.
The Chin Chow Grass Jelly with Big Sago Grains (Cold) dessert was the most disappointing dish. There was hardly any strains of Chin Chow and the sago grains were not nice either. The ratio of ice, liquid and solid chin chow & sago grains were not satisfying at all.
Finally, the fruit punch is too sweet. Even though the ice have all melted, it was still too sweet.

However, considering the amount paid per pax ($9-10) and the food quality, it's still pretty much value for money. :)
