One of the day the tingkat didn't arrive, called many times nobody answer. Should have alternative no. To call in case of such incidents. The next day I was told my new cycle of tingkat will start on 20th & it was not updated in the system although ... More earlier I've called to change the date to 14th instead. Weird as I received the tingkat on 14th & no catering on 15th. Obviously, a missed out.

A bit screwed up this cycle as another day my 3 dishes, 1 soup was changed to 4 dishes. Very disappointed that the soup is just replaced by nuggets without prior notice. The delivery guy just told me there's no soup that day. The potatoes doesn't come with Minced meat as per menu either. End up it was due to he passed mine to another customer.

Another day supposed to be pig's stomach soup according to the menu, but change to bitter gourd soup.

Nice, yummy food, generous serving, even come with free drinks. Feedback that cake was spilled at the side, We cater immediately proceed to do a replacement, thumbs up for the good customer service.

Fong fu should consider allowing customers to send a message for cancellation rather than call in. This is more efficient. It will be good if the menu is provided in advance for the next month towards the end of the month. Recommend to include the ... More menu for vegetables. It will be good if customers can have more food restrictions, more customisable.

Hope Fong Fu will take note the comments by the customer cos recently got a few dishes we feel quite salty & some dish the cooking style taste awful..

Feedback that the Tang hoon on 28 Jan taste awful, like spoilt food but no response. Didn't even have any replacement dish the next day.

Like the menu with special items like noodle, mee hoon, fried rice, pineapple rice rather than always rice for most caterers ... More

Can only skip meal for twice.

1st day order wrong already, although I indicated no spicy food, they delivered spicy food. No replacement also. Food packed in too many plastics, a bit messy & not environmental friendly. Soup portion too little. Only can select 3 exclusions for ... More the dishes. Need 2 days for cancellation.

It will be better if the rice for 2 pax meal can be split into 2 boxes instead of combining & squeezing all the rice into 1 box.

Steam egg with pork is very salty. rice portion is slightly lesser nearer the contract end date.
