Compliments:
*Fast to call upon submission to FoodLine.
*Requested for Rice and Mixed Vegetable to be done in Vegetarian.
*Serving Portions more than enough for 30 pax.
*Most dishes are above average and not fantastic for $15 per ... More pax.


Complaints:
*Never called back or reply via email after we replied acceptance via email and repeated calling which the caterer kept saying will call back??
*Instructed the caterer to arrive at 6pm and set up ready by 6:30pm for guests to arrive at 7pm but instead the delivery contractor arrived at 5pm? Our booking of condo Pavilion starts at 6pm only! Poor understanding and communication!
*Paying at $15.00 per pax for 30 pax plus $40 delivery and client expects full nice setting but it was poorly set-up with no decoration and the table cloth are so worn out with holes and burnt marks. It is a miserable setting for 21st birthday celebration and it is not worthy to be said as SETTING IS PROVIDED except for the SS trays and burner
*The caterer and his delivery contractor did not cater enough tables to set up for all the food and cutlery and the table was far too small for all items to be placed.
*Due to space constraint, the dish ie Fried Prawn Roll was given on a disposal tray that is black in colour instead of serving on the tray above the burner. We expect this dish to be placed exactly like the other dishes on the SS tray above the burner but it turn out to be like a DESERT DISH served on a small plate with 30 pieces of ROUND BALLS! Fu Kwee Catering expects clients to have 1 piece each for 30 pax and this dish delivered looking like a COMPLIMENTARY DISH!
* Delivery contractor has no control and his job is delivered and set up 4 square tables with table cloth and the PRAWN ROLLS delivered with a cling wrap by the caterer!
* Not enough burning wax provided and the dish cannot be kept warm due to early delivery and outdoor strong wind!

*we are disappointed with such a caterer for our celebration!*

*our advice to customers is PRE-ORDER AT LEAST 2 WEEKS IN ADVANCE to avoid paying high price and poor service*
