In terms of taste, the overall standard was average. The most disappointing dish was the prawn with chilli crab sauce. The prawns were soggy, the shells stuck tightly to the meat making them difficult to peel, and the chilli crab sauce was quite ... More watery, lacking the rich flavour and consistency that one would expect.
On a positive note, the Thai-style fried rice was the standout dish of the buffet. It was fragrant, flavourful and well-received by everyone. It was definitely the favourite item among the spread.
Overall, while the service and punctual delivery were satisfactory, there is room for improvement in some of the dishes, particularly the prawn with chilli crab sauce
