Delivery:
Uncle solo deliver, quick in setup. He came around 11am though my event starts at 12noon and collected around 5pm. Heng, he came late as my event ended around 4.30pm

Food is generous in portion. Ordered for 50pax but can cater for at ... More least 65pax. Picture is my best proof that the food are nice cos all gone. Alot of my guests like the food and do at least 2 round of serving!

福建炒饭 Fried Rice
abit dry, it will be good if it is not so dry.

酸甜鱼片 Sweet & Sour Sliced Fish
Not bad, some guests find them sweet, some find the dish to their liking.

咖哩鸡肉 Curry Chicken
very nice, sure recommendation!

扣肉馒头 Braise Pork w/ Bun
all guests favourite!

香菇兰花 Broccoli w/ mushroom
sure recommendation. mushroom well braised, broccoli at the right texture.

黑椒烟鸭 Smoke Duck w/ Black Pepper
1st dish to go empty! all guests favourite!

泰式鸡丁 Chicken w/ Thai Sauce
tasty but it will be good if it can have abit more sauce.

炸咖哩角 Deep Fried Samosa
crispy and the curry potato is not spicy which is to my kid guests liking.

香炸虾饺 Deep Fried Prawn Dumplings
highly recommended, must try!

麦片鲜虾 Prawn w/ Cereal
the prawn is fresh but stick to the shell, i guess the oil if not hot enough during the deep frying, caterer can take note.

摩摩喳喳 BoBo ChaCha
High feedback on this, very nice and not so sweet.
