Been ordering for a few cycles of 20 days, like to home cook taste, delivery time also quite consistent.

Have been ordering for a few cycles. Food taste good, although for some days the portion seems a little bit lesser than usual. Customer service quite good, will follow up & also to check if need renewal.

Like the home cook taste of the dishes. Delivery usually on time around 5.30pm. However some times the vegetables e.g French beans tough stem parts not removed.

Delivered too early for the 20 days cycle between 1 - 2pm even though we ordered for dinner. Fortunately my parents are around to put in fridge, if not food may spoilt if it got left outside in the hot weather. Feedback to the caterer but they said ... More new driver, delivery route depend on driver, cannot change to deliver later near dinner time.

Food packaging very good, prevent spillage. All the soups are very tasty, although my elderly father said will be thirsty after drinking the soups but I don't feel it. The other dishes are so so, healthy, meat dishes more flavorful than veg dishes. ... More Free herbal drinks on every Tues & Fri, tend to be diluted.

Have ordered for a few cycles of 20 days. Dishes taste good, braised dishes are cooked long enough to be flavorful.

Orfered for a few cycles. Homely taste dishes that are good. Not too salty or oily. Variety not a lot. Usually delivers before 6pm.

Ordered for 20 days, 5 days unable to deliver, have to make own dinner arrangement. there was 1 day, got notified after 7pm to make own arangment. Delivery were close to 8pm for some of the days.

There was one time the meat dish shrank in portion but they gave more prawns. Sometimes there were duplicate dishes, hence only 3 dishes instead of 4 dishes.

The pig trotter dish does not have much meat, there is once where it is two big chuck of bones with no meat at all, only bone, skin & fat.
