The portion given is enough for 2 small eaters. Delivery was on time and taste not bad, although sometimes the dishes were a bit too salty.

Food recently a bit on the salty side, particularly the mei cai dish. 2 pax food portion ok for 3 person.

Food taste not bad. Delivery timing to Jurong west usually around 6pm. The sweet and Sour Pork Ribs taste good but didn't have much meat.

Food variety is ok. However the scrambled eggs sometimes are quite runny, my family prefer them to be cooked longer. The same vegetable dish get repeated in a week. Sometimes the vegetable has a funny chemical taste. Sometimes there are duck meat. Usually deliver after 6pm for Jurong west area.

Have been ordering from this caterer for a few rounds of 20 days. I like it that for some days, no fried items at all. Sometimes the fried items are still crispy when delivered, which is good.

Good variety of dishes & taste good. However the delivery timing is usually past 6pm, later than all the tingkat caterer that I have ordered, with a few occasions past 6.30pm which the label indicated to be consumed by 6.30pm.

Ordered for 30 days but no delivery for 5 days & late delivery for some days. When call up to ask on the late delivery, kept saying will call me back but never do so. Decided to cut short the order to 20 days. Call up the caterer to confirm the last ... More day so that I can start the next order from another caterer, the lady said will inform the person in charge & replied me in WhatsApp but only got the confirmation after 3 calls. The worst experience I had with a Tingkat Caterer. Food is actually not bad but can't be said about the service.

Sometimes the dish repeated itself the next week. Overall food is delicious and vegetable are soft, suitable for the elderly. Delivery timing is on time except for the first day of my cycle of 30 days. Was told that the first day dinner will be free ... More but dinner was not delivered on the 31st day. Wish they could keep to their words. And there was no meat dish for one day.

Usually delivers within 5-6pm. Food taste ok but sometimes the vegetables have a funny chemical taste and usually have more stalks portion which are hard for elderly.
