Food portion was alright. chicken is very tender. Salmon was not bad also. is the Tofu which turns sour very fast after pass the cut off time. So my advice is dont order anything with Tofu. known for easily turn bad.

the dessert is nice. howver ... More the Yuzu drink seems very diluted even from the start.

my buffet at 6pm. 4 seasons say need come at 5pm to do set up! the thing is.. they came before 5pm and set up very fast.. no extra food warmer. hence food turns cold in the middle of the party

there's a little sign board that says food ready to eat at 1500... so imagine from 1500 - 1800 before we begin, the food is already 3 hours ago done. how to keep fresh then?

so one piece of advise.. eat fast fast is the only solution.

The jelly cups were very tiny. not expecting that. in a tub for condiments type.
Salmon quite bland.
Alo olio portion quite big.
The rest is quite petty in quantity.

Food was a bit too oily. especially the salted egg pumpkin. Below the lettuce is soaked with a layer of oil. is a bit soggy when fried food served. Need think of something to preserve the freshness. Maybe because is covered up.

First day food really looks cheap and the taste is bland. Subsequent meals (yesterday was the 5th day) the dishes is better at least got fish but still bland. The thing is everyday is standard with stew chicken (just different parts of chicken), ... More Fish is the same (just different sauce) and do not know why the skin of fish is forever so rubbery, elastic. Vegetables is always given the most! full container. Egg type, so far only see scramble eggs with chai por, peas, and yesterday the steam egg with meat is very dry.

Please help to ask the delivery guy not to put the food on the red chest outside the house because is near lift and blocked by our bicycles. We are not able to see or noticed that corner from our house. Hung it at door or place beside the shoe rack will be better choice.

Overall, ok ok only. At least is not too salty or too sweet. Is bland but we can put soy sauce. Not too bad.
