At U Family Tingkat, we do aim to keep our food more home-style and balanced, especially for families and elderly customers. Your feedback is really helpful for us to keep improving, and we’ll definitely take note of this with our kitchen team.

On the variety, we actually run a rotating menu to avoid repetition, but we understand it may not have matched your expectations during your trial — thank you for pointing it out.
