The food was not up to expectations, the curry vegetables was too salty and watery, the yakitori was too dry and hard, the ceral prawn was over-cooked, which caused it to taste powdery and the complimetary ebi prawns was too oily and tasteless. After the driver left, the management came and informed that we should not set up the buffet line beside the glass panel (as the heat from the buffet line will caused the glass panel to break because it is a cold room), and when I required the drivers to u-turn to assist to help to re-arrange the buffet line, the customer service officer mentioned that they had left to another location and unable to assist and asked me to find a solution to move the buffet line by myself (which I told the customer officer that we have to move the buffet line to the oppsite directions). The driver had left merely around 10 minutes. Buffet set up were already lighted with fire! The handles were also hot! And i had ordered for a buffet of 60 pax. The trays were so heavy as well!
