The caterer was half an hour late and took quite some time to set up. The food was rather cold (probably because he was late) and there wasn't any labelling of the items. The yangzhou fried rice and salted egg fish were too dry and hard. The curry ... More chicken has too small and little potato. Almost impossible to find the potato. The caterer seems to be in a rush, he poured ice into the lemon barley without stirring so the initial drink was too sweet and towards the end was too bland. The dried laksa, sambal fishball and cheng teng was good though.
