I have been ordering from this caterer, portion for 30 pax just nice, enough to share. Menu with lots of variety to choose from. Delivery timing also acceptable, came 15 mins earlier for setup. The food taste is nice, yummy & delicious. Curry ... More chicken taste great with many gravy. Fried rice is a bit hard but with the curry gravy on it makes it much more flavourful. Like the yam paste too as it's not too sweet. The best is the smoked duck, within 30mins all gone..

YLS Catering is my favourite caterer. Will order again if there's special event.

The catering came half an hour early for the setup. The curry chicken standard had dropped. The curry gravy was not as thick as previous and the portion was not a lot as compared to previous catering before covid. The Kailan was hard & tasted a bit ... More bitter. Though the fried rice was a lot but was not tasty, kind of dry. The smoked duck was nice but not enough for 30 pax. My relatives commented that the food were average. Overall, still acceptable but not as good as previous. Quite disappointed this round.

The food quality was ok.. The fried rice quantity was not very sufficient, it would be better if given 10% more in quantity. The steamed herbal chicken and salted egg prawn were good. The caterer were very early. They arrived 1 hour earlier to do ... More the setup. Overall, I would recommend this caterer.

The food were all really very yummy. The caterer arrived half an hour earlier to set the tables and the buffet looks great with a wide variety of food. My guests commented tt the food were nice & delicious. Thumb up to YLS Carering.
